In addition to being statically stored, it can also be used for transportation under the condition of filling liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid violent collision and vibration.

First, the inspection before use
Before filling the liquid nitrogen tank, the liquid nitrogen tank should first check whether the shell is recessed or not, and whether the liquid nitrogen tank vacuum exhaust port is intact. If it is damaged, the degree of vacuum will decrease. In severe cases, the intake air will not be insulated, so that the upper part of the tank will be frosted, the liquid nitrogen loss will be large, and the liquid nitrogen tank will lose its value of continued use. Next, check the inside of the tank. If there is any foreign matter, the liquid nitrogen tank must be taken out to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.
2. When liquid nitrogen is filled in liquid nitrogen tank
Be careful when filling liquid nitrogen. For new tanks or tanks that are in a dry state, they must be slowly filled and pre-cooled to prevent the liner from being damaged too quickly and reducing the service life. Do not pour liquid nitrogen on the vacuum vent when filling liquid nitrogen to avoid a drop in vacuum. The liquid nitrogen tank plug is made of heat-insulating material, which can prevent liquid nitrogen from evaporating and can also function as a fixed lifting cylinder. Therefore, the wear and tear should be minimized during the switch, and the liquid nitrogen tank can prolong the service life.
Third, the inspection during use
Always check during use. The liquid nitrogen tank can be observed by the eye or by hand. If the surface is found to be frosted, it should be stopped. The liquid nitrogen tank, especially the inner wall of the neck tube, should not be scraped with a knife when the frost is frozen on the inner wall of the neck tube to prevent the inner wall of the neck tube from being damaged. To cause a vacuum, the liquid nitrogen tank should take out the liquid nitrogen and let it melt naturally.
